How long after placing my order will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours.




How long will it take to receive my order?

You should receive your order within 4 to 8 weeks.




Can I use a Post Office Box as an address?

No. We need a physical address in order to process your order.




Can I pay with a money order?

No. You can only pay through paypal. You DO NOT have to set up a free account with paypal to pay for your order. 

What if an item I ordered is sold out or discontinued?

If an item is discontinued or sold out, you will receive
credit or a refund upon your request.

How long will it take to get something back in stock?

Since we go through different distributers, the time
frame will vary. We recommend you check
back periodically to see if your item (s) are in.

What if I see an item I want in the bulk
section but don't want to buy bulk?

Some items can be be bought individually or
in sets. They will say in the item description
if you can buy it without buying bulk.

Do you have a catalog?

Not yet. We will next summer. But not
everything from the site will be in our catalog.
